Daemen University Physician Assistant Preceptor Program
The Daemen University Physician Assistant Program is looking for preceptors for our 2026/2027 clinical year. We hope that you will consider taking students and we appreciate those of you who already do. Daemen graduated its first class of PAs in 1998 and for the last 25 years has provided WNY with outstanding, compassionate providers. We are excited to announce that as of June 2026, preceptors will receive a $1000.00 honorarium for each student and CME 1 credit. Nazareth University PA Program Preceptor Opportunity
The Nazareth University Physician Assistant Program is seeking clinical preceptors for our inaugural 2026–2027 clinical year. As a new program, we are building strong partnerships with clinicians who are committed to educating the next generation of physician assistants and advancing healthcare in our communities.
Our curriculum emphasizes clinical excellence, professional development, and service to rural and underserved populations. Students receive extensive preparation through rigorous didactic instruction, high-fidelity simulation experiences, hands-on clinical skills training, and point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) education prior to entering their supervised clinical practice experiences. During the clinical year, students participate in full-time clinical rotations while engaging in structured program activities designed to support their continued growth and readiness for practice.
We are excited to announce that preceptors participating in the 2026–2027 clinical year will receive:
- A $1,000 honorarium for each student precepted
- Category 1 CMEs (practicing PAs)
- A faculty appointment with Nazareth University
By serving as a preceptor, you will play an essential role in preparing competent, compassionate physician assistants while helping address workforce needs.
